About Stay Strong Senior Fitness Training

Who We Are

Shelly Cressler is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist with over 10 years experience dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. I specialize in creating personalized senior fitness programs, workout plans, and providing nutritional guidance to help you transform your body and live a healthier lifestyle. We will work on strength, balance, flexibility, memory, and functional fitness at my studio or in your home. I work one-on-one with my clients and stay by their side the entire time. 

Our Philosophy

We believe that every senior fitness program should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, gender, or fitness level. Our approach is based on creating sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, rather than quick fixes that are difficult to maintain. We believe that you deserve to work with a trainer with experience designing senior fitness programs and who will make sure that safety is the number one priority. We want you to live your best life and keep you motivated to move.

STAY ON TRACK

Staying on track is hard! Having a trainer show up several times a week keeps you or your loved one on track! Making exercise fun also helps motivate clients to keep moving. Our clients look forward to their trainers visits.

STRENGTH

You begin losing muscle mass in your 30s. A progressive strength training program is integral for joint and bone health as well as maintaining independence as you get older.

BALANCE

Balance training is one of the most important components of a program for adults over 55. Balance is comprised of many systems, our expert trainers know how to address all those systems to improve balance.
